Last updated: 2026-07-27 Here's how Stonepilot handles your information when you play. We collect some data, use it to make the game work better, and give you control over what we do with it. Your personal data keeps the game running smoothly. We track your level progress, store your game state, and can send you newsletter updates if you want them. Everything stays within Stonepilot. Your information doesn't leak to other projects, so you won't get random emails about stuff unrelated to your gameplay. By playing Stonepilot, you're agreeing to how we handle your data as described here.

When you see capital letters in this document, they mean something specific. Check the definitions section below. It doesn't matter if we use singular or plural—the meaning stays the same.

Here's what we mean by certain terms: Stonepilot (the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") is the independent physics-puzzle game you're playing. Cookies are tiny files that sit on your device. They remember how you browse and what you like. Country is where we operate: USA. Device could be your computer, phone, tablet, or whatever hardware you use to access the game. Personal Data is anything that identifies you or could identify you. Third-party Social Media Service means things like logging in through Facebook or sharing to Twitter. Usage Data is the stuff we collect automatically while you play—how long you're in a level, which weapons you pick, that sort of thing. You is whoever's using Stonepilot.

Personal Data When you sign up or play, we might ask for info to set up your account and make features work. What we ask for depends on what you're doing. Here's what we might collect: Email address First and last name Address, state, province, postal code, city Phone number Usage Data

We automatically pick up data while you're using the service. That includes your browser type, IP address, which pages you hit, when you were there, how long you stuck around, and some basic diagnostic stuff. On mobile, we get your device type, OS, and browser info. For gameplay specifically, we track how far you've gotten, how you solved puzzles, which weapons you chose, and how you aimed. This helps us tweak the physics and balance the difficulty. Your browser sends us technical details automatically whenever you visit. Same thing happens on mobile. If you connect a social media account, you're letting us use and store that info the way this policy describes.

We use what you give us for these reasons: To keep Stonepilot running and stable. To reach out to you when needed—email, phone, text—about updates, new features, security stuff, or changes to how things work. To let you know about new levels, gameplay tips, features you might like, or similar services, unless you've told us to stop. To handle what you ask us for, like answering support questions. To figure out how people use the game, spot trends, see if our marketing works, and make the game better. If you give permission, we can use your data for other things you approve.

We take protecting your info seriously, but nothing on the internet is totally bulletproof. We use standard security practices, but we can't promise nothing will ever go wrong. We do what we reasonably can to keep your data safe. When we move information around, we make sure it's protected. That's good for you and everyone else playing.

We don't intentionally collect info from kids under 13. If you're a parent and your kid gave us their info, let us know. We'll delete it right away. Depending on where you live, we might need your permission before we collect anything from minors. We'll ask for that.

You might see links to other sites in Stonepilot. Click them and you're leaving us. Look at their privacy policy before you share anything with them. We don't run those sites and can't be responsible for what they do with your info.

We update this policy now and then. When we do, we post the new version here. You'll get an email and a notice in the game before major changes kick in. The date at the top shows which version you're reading. Check back once in a while. Changes take effect as soon as we post them.
