Terms of Service

Stonepilot ("Company"/"we"/"us") owns and operates the games and website at stonepilot.com, plus any related services (the "Services"). Read these terms carefully. Using the Services means you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the Services or its content. These terms can change, and if you keep using the Services after we update them, you're agreeing to the new version. New features added later will follow these terms unless we say otherwise. Check back here once in a while to stay current.

GAMING & CONDUCT RULES

The Services run on community, fairness, integrity, and fun. Follow the rules and have a good time. This section covers account creation, in-game features, and what you can't do.

User Accounts. You get one account per platform or device. We recommend keeping just one account everywhere. If you make multiple accounts on different devices, they can't interact with each other at all. Any interaction between them means one or more accounts could get banned, reset, or penalized.

Progress Data & Account Sales. Game content like level saves and puzzle data can't be sold, transferred, or traded for real money. Trying to do this breaks these terms and might get you banned from the Website/Games permanently, plus possible legal trouble. All game data sales are final. No refunds. Progress can't be converted to real money. The Company can manage, regulate, change, or delete data and goods however it wants, and you can't hold it liable. You're responsible for everything charged to your account, whether you did it or someone else using your account did. If your account gets terminated or suspended for any reason, you lose all progress and data.

General Conduct & Prohibited Acts. Some things are against our rules. You can't:

Use the Games if you're under 13.

Pick an account name that disrespects other users.

Use bots, auto-clickers, hacks, or exploits in the Games or do anything else we've prohibited.

Accuse other players of cheating in forums, comments, status messages, or chat. If you really think someone's cheating and have solid proof, contact us through the form on our site instead.

Upload, post, email, send, or share anything on the Services that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable. This includes material that encourages crime, creates civil liability, violates any law, or is just objectionable.

Material that infringes intellectual property or other proprietary rights of anyone, including privacy and publicity rights.

Material you don't have the right to share.

False or misleading material or anything that creates a false impression. This covers impersonating another user or our staff, or anything that could harm minors.

Mess with or disrupt the Services (including security features) or connected servers and networks. Don't break any rules, procedures, policies, or regulations. Don't probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities or get around security and authentication measures.

Break any applicable local, state, national, or international law, whether on purpose or by accident.

Resell the Services content, use of the Services, access to the Services, or any of its content.

Do anything else prohibited by these terms.

Action by Company. Any of those prohibited activities can result in deletion of your post or thread (chat, forum, or profile walls) and might get your account temporarily or permanently limited, blocked, suspended, or terminated depending on how serious the violation is, or any other punishment the Company thinks is right.

Availability. The Company can alter, suspend, or stop the Services anytime for any reason without warning. Maintenance or equipment problems might make the Services unavailable. The Company may add to or update information and materials on the Services without notice. It reserves the right to change and update the Games whenever it wants or needs to.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OWNERSHIP AND CONTENT RULES

The Company values and protects IP. This section explains who owns what information and technology used in or provided through the Services.

All Company product names and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company. Other company and product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners in certain countries. Nothing on the Services should be read as granting any license or right to use the Services or its materials through framing or any other method without the Company's prior written permission.

You agree that the Company isn't bound by confidentiality about your feedback, the feedback isn't confidential or proprietary to you or any third party, you have all rights needed to share it with Stonepilot, the Company (including successors and assigns) can freely use, reproduce, publicize, license, distribute, and commercialize it, and you won't get any compensation or reimbursement from the Company or other users.

The Company doesn't control this content and doesn't guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. Users understand that using the Services might expose them to offensive, indecent, or objectionable materials.

Partner Terms of Service. The Company follows the terms of service of platform partners like Facebook, Apple, Google, and Android. You've read and agree to follow the terms of service for whichever platform you're using to access our Services. Know their terms and don't break them, or you might get banned.

LIABILITY AND RISK TERMS

The Company has to limit its liability to offer the Services. Here's how.

Release. The Company doesn't supervise or control how members interact with each other or with other people and companies. It doesn't control credit card or payment processing companies. It can't guarantee users are who they say or how old they are. Its control over the quality, safety, morality, legality, truth, or accuracy of the Services is very limited. You agree you take all the risk and release the Company (including officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and third-party partners) from claims, demands, and damages from your use of the Services or any third-party transactions. You also waive any rights that statutory or non-statutory law would otherwise give you to limit a release or waiver.

DISCLAIMER. Everything provided through the Services is "as is." The Company doesn't represent, warrant, or offer any promise that the information or materials are correct, accurate, reliable, or complete. It doesn't promise the functions will work without interruption or errors, that defects will be fixed, or that the Services or servers are free of viruses or harmful stuff. The Company disclaims all representations, warranties, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, by trade usage, course of dealing, or otherwise. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Anything you download or get through the Services is at your own risk, and you're solely responsible for any damage to your computer, loss of data, or other loss from downloading or using it. The Company doesn't warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any content or materials on the Services, any products or services advertised or offered by third parties through it, or any services you can reach from a link on the Services or in any banner or ad. Stonepilot isn't a party to any transaction you make with a third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages, including damages from your use or inability to use the Services or its information or materials, the cost of getting substitute goods or data or information or services, errors or mistakes or inaccuracies in the materials, property damage from your use of the Services, any bugs or viruses or trojan horses or other files or data that might harm computer or communication equipment or data sent through the Services, or any other loss or damage from your use of the Services. These limits apply even if the Company knew the damages might happen. The limits apply to the fullest extent allowed by law in your jurisdiction.

INDEMNIFICATION. You'll indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, platform partners, and employees harmless from all claims, threats, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, losses, obligations, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party because of or from materials you submitted, posted, sent, or shared through the Services, any violation of these terms by you, or any violation of anyone else's rights by you (including all intellectual property rights and rights of publicity, personality, or privacy).

GENERAL TERMS

Here's other important legal information and useful stuff to know when using the Services.

Links to Third-Party Services. The Services might link to other sites the Company doesn't own or control. The Company isn't responsible for their content. Third-party Services or services you reach from the Services have their own terms and conditions. You're responsible for finding and following them.

Termination. The Company can immediately stop your access to the Services or parts of it, sometimes without notice. Reasons include breaching these terms or another agreement with the Company (like not paying fees), requests from law enforcement or government, your own request, changes or removal of Services (or parts of it), unexpected technical or security or legal issues, or your involvement in fraud or illegal activities. Termination might also remove materials you uploaded. You understand the Company decides terminations on its own and isn't liable to you or anyone else for ending your access or deleting materials. If your account ends for any reason, no refund happens and you lose access to Site Content. Company termination is in addition to any other rights or remedies it has.

Security. Information sent or received over the Internet isn't generally secure. The Company can't and doesn't represent or guarantee the security of any communication to or from the website or that third parties won't intercept personal or other information.

Updates. The Company can modify, suspend, or stop the Services or its content, or any part, anytime with or without notice. You agree the Company isn't liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services or content.

Entire Agreement. These terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Rules and Policies, make up the entire agreement between you and the Company about the Services and everything related. These terms can only be changed in writing signed by both parties or by a new version posted by the Company.
